In a recent milestone, the project’s closing ceremony witnessed a vibrant discourse on the identification of key industries in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, innovative business strategies, and the bolstering of local enterprises. The focal point of these discussions was the facilitation of seamless trade routes to Afghanistan and Central Asia, enhancing accessibility for goods manufactured within the region.
Project Director Imran Zahoor lauded the tangible outcomes of the initiative, stating, “The post-assessment results unequivocally demonstrate that businesses are embracing these advancements, leading to a remarkable 36 percent surge in profits within a mere eight months. The project’s emphasis on training and capacity-building has empowered entrepreneurs to harness their potential and navigate the complexities of modern business landscapes.
Another notable factor of this training program is that most of the recipients of this training are small scale businesses, and several of them are run by women. This also works towards improving financial parity within the province.
As industries evolve and markets expand, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is poised to emerge as a dynamic hub of commerce and innovation, driving sustainable development and fostering prosperity.
